Right of withdrawal: when you change your mind

When shopping online, you as a consumer normally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If several items in the same order are delivered separately, the time period starts from the date you receive the last item.

  1. Send a clear notice of withdrawal to hello@yeoshin.se. Please include your name, order number, and which items the notice applies to so that we can identify the purchase. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form; this is not a requirement.
  2. Send the return to the address below. Contact us if you need practical return instructions. The right to withdraw from the purchase does not require us to first approve your notice.
  3. Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Pack it carefully and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping

If you withdraw from the purchase, return shipping via a pick-up point costs SEK 49. You only pay the fee if you were informed about it before the purchase. If such information was missing, we will cover the return shipping. Returns due to a complaint for which we are responsible should not incur any shipping costs for you.

Refund

We will issue a refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the item back or you have shown that it has been sent back, whichever happens first. This exception does not apply if we are to collect the item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method at no extra cost. If you withdraw from the entire order, the cost of our cheapest standard delivery will also be refunded. An additional amount that you chose to pay for a more expensive delivery method does not need to be refunded.

If you have handled the item more than is necessary to establish its characteristics or functionality, a deduction for depreciation may apply, provided that you have received the information about the right of withdrawal required by law.
